A modern long and narrow establishment with a stone floor and stone faced bar. During the day it has a mixed clientele, but in the evening become a meeting place for the younger people of the town. There's a function room upstairs which normally operates as a club with a DJ on Saturday but is also available to hire. Three handpumps on the ground floor bar dispense Greene King beers, especially popular with Sunday visitors to go with their lunch, the only time that food is served. Booking is advised for these lunches as they are very popular.
