See more about this pub on CAMRA's national web site

Traditional village inn that Greene King tried to close as non-viable in 2000. Rescued by a villager, it is now a welcoming community local where something is always going on. It supports four darts teams as well crib and pétanque teams and is the home pub of the village cricket team and a veterans football team. Its cask ales are served direct from the barrels in the cellar and often feature ones from smaller regional and local breweries. The Boot has live music nights and at least one beer festival a year. Fish and chips available on Wednesday evenings. Food vans often visit on Friday evenings. Children welcome until 8pm. Covered patio and large grassed area to the rear. Beyond these is a horse paddock. Around a mile from Dulllingham railway station, but note one section of the route lacks streetlights and a footpath.
