Cafe bar in what was the ABC cinema which had closed in 1997. Wetherspoons opened the Regal downstairs in 1999 and the upstairs part opened as an Arts cinema which now includes the cafe bar. The cinema was acquired by Cineworld in 2012 but remains an Arts Picturehouse. Smart comfortable bar serving two real ales often from local breweries. Windows offer a good view across Emmanuel College grounds. Disabled access is via a lift from street level. Opens for breakfasts at 10am.
