A large pub situated on a main road into Cambridge. It underwent a significant refurbishment in autumn 2015, changing its name to Duchess of Cambridge in October 2022. Inside it has been opened out into a J shape with the bar at the centre. The old wood panelling has been painted in blues and greys giving the place a more contemporary feel. There are tables out front but to the rear, the decked garden is a much more attractive area to relax in. From late February 2025 the pub returned to its previous name of Hudson's Ale House as the newest pub being run by Steve & Hayley Pellegirini. Extended range of beers and ciders. Their kitchens have been run by Tzatziki, offering Greek street food, since mid April 2025.
