Located on the main coast road, at the entrance to Holkham Hall, there are also twenty luxurious en-suite bedrooms, ten in the building itself, and ten in the Ancient House, immediately across the drive.

Outside there's a courtyard with several large tables, a patio garden to the west of the building outside the restaurant, a large car park and a children's play area.
