Popular, well-appointed Broads pub. Situated at the head of Hickling Broad, with ample moorings, a large garden and function room / restaurant.

Three regular beers and one guest on handpump, plus various ales from polypins in the cellar, listed on an oar suspended above the bar, and three or four real ciders.

Also has a 'village store' shop in the pub, open from 9-6, and from April 2016 is the home of the Yaarbrew Brewery.
