A traditional dog friendly village pub which also has a restaurant serving great value home cooked lunch and evening meals. There is ample car parking available with outside seating and dining areas and a small enclosed children's play area.

Three real ales are usually available from local and East Anglian breweries.

Reopened in 2026 under Bob Cameron, who also runs the very popular Shoulder of Mutton at Strumpshaw.
