A family‑run village pub (an ex-coaching inn) on the main road through Newport on the north side of the village. This modernised pub has exposed beams and a warm atmosphere. The pub can be used for functions and has an excellent kitchen serving locally sourced food, both traditional British and continental dishes. There's a large garden suitable for families with ample seating.
